Voci Globali accompagna l’evento come media partner. Stay tuned!

❓About the Program
𝘗𝘦𝘳𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘮𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘙𝘦𝘴𝘪𝘴𝘵𝘢𝘯𝘤𝘦 is a digital discursive platform aimed at exploring the ways in which artistic practices build spaces of resistance, forms of subversion, counter-hegemonic postures on migration, actions capable of outlining other visions 𝘰𝘧 and 𝘪𝘯 contemporary cities.
From different perspectives and using various methodological tools, the Summer School dialogues investigate the relationship between the arts, migration and citizenship.deconstructing paternalistic, neocolonial and exoticizing positions that stigmatize the migrant as a fetishized “figure”. They also transversally discuss issues such as the borderline between art and activism, the creation of alternative 𝘥𝘪𝘴𝘱𝘰𝘴𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘧 of knowledge, countering silenced and invisibilized subjectivities, the notion of participation, the dynamics of a re-appropriation of public space, right to the city, forms of “affective” citizenship, critically reflecting on borders and mobility.

Mediterranea is a civil society platform operating in the central Mediterranean sea with a ship flying the Italian flag. Prepared to monitor, it is also ready for rescue operations, knowing better than ever that saving one life in danger means saving all of us. Its main goal is to be where it is needed, to witness and document what is happening, and if necessary, save whoever risks dying, surrounded by the silence and indifference of all governments. Mediterranea is present on land as well, through the support network it has created.

Atlas of Transitions – Italia — ＴＨ▲ＮＫ ＹＯＵ ▲ＬＬ！We have been experienced such intense days! The participation has been planetary and powerfully active! We touched and deepened many issues with transversal, intersectional, convergent and agonistic trajectories. This is the 𝘥𝘪𝘴𝘤𝘶𝘳𝘴𝘪𝘷𝘦 𝘴𝘱𝘢𝘤𝘦 that we like to promote and deal with, informed by practices that devoutly returns to practices. We learned that 𝒑𝒆𝒓𝒇𝒐𝒓𝒎𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒊𝒔𝒕𝒂𝒏𝒄𝒆 implies a political common action that requires to deconstruct hierarchies in knowledge, promote mutual forms of empowerment, generate practices of commoning and reciprocity embrancing human bodies, animal, plant, mineral, matter of any form. We discussed how it is necessary to subvert the dynamics of power, working within the margins, decentering whiteness, decolonizing culture and deschooling society, to finally promote cultural institutions capable of activating imaginative and inclusive relations, postures, practices. We would like to remind you that all the dialogues will be available on our Facebook Page or on our website:https://bologna.emiliaromagnateatro.com/atlas-of-transitio…/They will function as an 𝙖𝙧𝙘𝙝𝙞𝙫𝙚. You can listen or re-listen each of them with a different temporality of the saturating zoomings we are experiencing in this anti-Covid19 period.𝗧𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗸𝘀 𝘁𝗼 all of you who joined us, to our guests and moderators, to the graphic and communication staff, to Profili Staff, international partners, and to the whole organization. We want to thank also all our collaborators and our media partners, who helped us to reach this globally wide participation.Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna | ERT – Emilia Romagna Teatro Fondazione | Cantieri Meticci | Comune di Bologna | Le Channel Scène Nationale De Calais | Université de Lille (FR) | Théâtre de Liège (BE) | Shoqata Tjeter Vizion (AL) |Teatr Powszechny (PL) | Centro Amilcar Cabral | Fondazione Gramsci Emilia-Romagna/Breaching the walls | DAMSLab / La Soffitta – Università di Bologna | Centro Donati – I care | Arci nazionale | Fondazione Innovazione Urbana | ASP Città di Bologna| Afro Women Poetry | Mediterranea Saving Humans | Radio3 Rai |DINAMOpress I OpenMigration | Associazione Carta di Roma |Africa e Mediterraneo | Left | Voci GlobaliPhoto: “Tʜᴇ ꜰᴇᴀʀ ᴄʀᴇᴀᴛᴇs ʙᴏʀᴅᴇʀs.
